Export and add CNA (seg) data to cBioPortal dataset — cbp_add_cna • nfportalutils

This should be run in an existing dataset package root.

Usage

cbp_add_cna(cna_data, verbose = TRUE)

Arguments

cna_data: Synapse id of CNA data file, currently only handles .seg file.
verbose: Whether to be chatty.
